Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid Neural Tech Cloud educational enrollments confirmed by invoice. Informational prices on the website are not charges until invoiced and paid.

Timeframe

For live cohorts, a full refund is available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the published start date. Cancellations between 13 and 5 days before start may receive a 50% refund. Within 5 days of start, tuition is non-refundable except where required by mandatory law.

Self-paced programs

Field Map and similar self-paced purchases may be refunded in full within 7 days of payment if less than 20% of lessons have been opened. After that threshold, fees are non-refundable.

Partial refunds

If Neural Tech Cloud cancels a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date. If a facilitator substitution materially changes the advertised instructor and you withdraw before week two, a partial refund of unused weeks may be offered at our discretion.

Non-refundable items

Third-party exam fees, custom case development already delivered for Assurance Cohorts, travel booked by the learner, and completed private intensives are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@neuraltechcloud.digital with your invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank transfer refunds to Korean accounts may clear faster than international wires.

Cancellation by us

We may cancel or reschedule for insufficient enrollment or force majeure. You will receive a full refund or seat transfer options.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under Korean consumer law. Documented medical emergencies may be reviewed case by case for credit toward a future cohort.
