Modules

Studio sequence

01

Process inventory without theatre

Scope a process, cut noise activities, and name systems that actually touch transactions.

02

Control design language

Write control objectives that an outsider can test; avoid vague “monitor periodically” phrasing.

03

Exception logs that tell a story

Capture who knew what, when remediation started, and how residual risk was accepted.

04

Evidence packs & ITGC bridges

Link business controls to access and change evidence; acknowledge where coverage stays thin.

05

Walkthrough rehearsal

Timed narratives, follow-up question drills, and critique from finance and audit peers.

06

Handoff to the next cycle

Export map IDs into your firm’s templates; plan what to retire before next year’s fieldwork.

Learner notes

Recent studio feedback

“Module 3’s exception template replaced our messy shared spreadsheet. Still needed more time on revenue cut-off scenarios.”

Daeun Lee — Internal Audit, consumer goods

★★★★☆

“Solid walkthrough rehearsal. Peer group was uneven in week one.”

FAQ

Practical questions

Does this replace my external auditor?

No. The studio trains how to prepare and explain controls. Opinions, statutory audits, and licensed advisory work remain outside our scope.

What is a real limitation of this course?

We do not provide industry-specific ERP configuration labs. If your control failures are primarily system role design, you will still need an IT specialist; we only teach how to document and bridge those gaps in the control map.

Can teams join together?

Yes. Groups of five or more often prefer the Assurance Cohort on our pricing page for private scheduling.

How do refunds work?

See our refund policy for eligibility windows and non-refundable items.
